Caritas members and partners in Southeast Asia attended a workshop in Phnom Penh organized by Caritas Australia. The workshop focused on the "South-East Asia Regional Climate Change Response Framework."

Mr. San Saroeun encouraged the young people to serve others and the parish in their area, continue to live by the testimony of faith in the workplace and live by sharing good deeds with others, especially those who are abandoned by society.
Msgr. Pierre Hangly said, "You are the living stone, together to protect the house of the Holy Spirit, so the church is important to receive Christ, and Catholics have a vital role to play in receiving God to show mercy to others.”
Bishop Schmitthaeusler said that Jesus was not born in Bethlehem "but in a place where there are Catholics" and where there are Catholics "is a small Jerusalem where Jesus died and resurrection and ascension.”
