Pope Francis stable and recovering, No further respiratory complications

Pope Francis remains stable as he continues treatment, alternating between non-invasive mechanical ventilation and supplemental high-flow oxygenation on February 28.
He is responding well, maintaining stable hemodynamic parameters, and has experienced no further bronchospasms.
According to the Holy See Press Office, the pope does not have a fever or high white blood cell count. He continues to eat independently while actively cooperating with respiratory physiotherapy.
Francis remained alert and in excellent spirits on the afternoon of March 1. He received the Eucharist and spent time in prayer, including about 20 minutes in the chapel near his hospital room.
While his prognosis remains guarded, he continues to show resilience and strength.
Radio Veritas Asia (RVA), a media platform of the Catholic Church, aims to share Christ. RVA started in 1969 as a continental Catholic radio station to serve Asian countries in their respective local language, thus earning the tag “the Voice of Asian Christianity.” Responding to the emerging context, RVA embraced media platforms to connect with the global Asian audience via its 21 language websites and various social media platforms.
