God has created man and woman equal in dignity and rights, no one is superior. Therefore all the girl children should be educated well and help them to empower themselves.

The day focuses on a call to action for accelerating gender parity and setting agendas and goals in achieving these targets.

Cardinal Grech empasized, “a Synodal Church is a Church of listening” and stressed that the success of the process depended on the active participation of the people of God and the pastors.

Through this process, we are trying to discern how can we be disciples of Jesus in Asia, how can we reflect the Asian face of Christ.
