A Pakistani cardinal received the "Tamgha-i-Imtiaz," a noteworthy national award, for his service in interfaith dialogue, promoting harmony and social welfare, and protecting the rights of minorities in the country.
Cardinal Joseph Coutts, Archbishop Emeritus of Karachi, Pakistan, is one of the 104 people who will receive the “Tamgha-e-Imtiaz” award at a ceremony on March 23 next year.
