The Archdiocese of Kuala Lumpur organized a seminar for working professionals and students to strengthen their spiritual lives.

In a world where digital interactions often replace genuine connections, 36 single adults between the ages of 24 and 40 came together for “CHOICE Weekend” from August 9 to 11.

This event took place at the Kuala Lumpur Archdiocesan Pastoral Centre, providing an opportunity for working and studying individuals to step away from the hustle of daily life.

The weekend aimed to help these participants rediscover their sense of purpose, build meaningful relationships, and strengthen their faith.

Throughout the weekend, participants found new meaning and formed strong, lasting relationships.

The Choice Weekend was more than just a short break; it empowered each person, giving them a clear mind and heart, ready to face life's challenges with renewed faith and confidence.

The program concluded with welcoming greetings from past CHOICE Weekend alumni.

The committee expresses gratitude to their spiritual directors, Fr. Simon Lau and Fr. Michel Dass, as well as the CHOICE alumni, for their continuous support and prayers for CHOICE Weekend's success.

Radio Veritas Asia (RVA), a media platform of the Catholic Church, aims to share Christ. RVA started in 1969 as a continental Catholic radio station to serve Asian countries in their respective local language, thus earning the tag “the Voice of Asian Christianity.”  Responding to the emerging context, RVA embraced media platforms to connect with the global Asian audience via its 21 language websites and various social media platforms.
