Archbishop Filipe Neri Cardinal Ferrão, Archbishop of Goa and Daman, presided over a special Eucharistic celebration marking the 75th death anniversary of Msgr. Herculano D. Gonsalves, founder of the Congregation of the Sisters of Handmaids of Christ.
