De La Salle Lipa (DLSL) on Wednesday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Center for Energy, Ecology and Development (CEED) in committing to join and promote the 10 Million Solar Rooftops Challenge, according to a statement issued on Thursday, March 20.

Father Ulep urged the audience to contemplate the societal frameworks that enable the epidemic of poverty-related deaths and to embrace the discomfort they cause.

“We hope that this water quality testing will expedite the accountability and just compensation from the polluters that we have been insisting on since day one,” said Gariguez.
