OPMusik-Dominican Communications Philippines will release "Muli," the debut single of ‘Fratres!’, a singing duo comprised of Dominican friars GPV Arsciwals, OP and Carlo Rey Canto, OP, which will be available on all major streaming platforms starting April 30.

The song offers a contemporary reinterpretation of the timeless parable of the Prodigal Son, weaving together poignant storytelling with mesmerizing melodies, it said in a statement.

"Muli" invites listeners to a profound journey of redemption, forgiveness, and the transformative power of love. "We are excited to share 'Muli' with the world," said Brother Arsciwals of ‘Fratres!’.

"This song is not simply a retelling of a biblical story but a reflection of the human experience—of longing, wandering, and ultimately, finding our way back home,” he said.

Brother Canto adds, "We hope to convey a message of hope and redemption in 'Muli,' reminding listeners that no matter how far we stray, a loving and forgiving God always welcomes us with open arms."

As part of OPMusik's commitment to proclaiming the Gospel in the modern world, "Muli" represents a fusion of spirituality and contemporary artistry.

Fratres!'s debut single showcases their singing talent and ability to craft music that transcends cultural and religious boundaries.

The song is a collaborative work of composers GPV Arsciwals, OP and Jaymar Capalaran, lyricist Jovito Cariño, and record producer-arranger Paulo Zarate, who did the track and vocal arrangements.
