The Ecumenical Commission, Archdiocese of Delhi, organized the National Day of Prayer at Sacred Heart Cathedral, New Delhi, on October 2, commemorating the birth anniversary of Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, the National Father of India.
“I exhort all of you to ensure that the National Day of Fasting and Prayer is observed most fruitfully in your respective dioceses, regions, and parishes so that the power of prayer is harnessed to its fullest for the good of our nation,” Archbishop Thazhath.
