Jesuit Father Joseph L. Roche, an American missionary and a distinguished teacher who trained generations of religion teachers and catechists at the Ateneo de Manila University, the Loyola School of Theology and the Formation Institute for Religion Educators (FIRE), died on November 28, 2022.
