The Diocese of Cubao, in Quezon City, Philippines welcomes a new spiritual leader with the appointment of Bishop Elect Fr. Elias Ayuban Jr., CMF, who was officially named by Pope Francis as the successor to the Most Rev. Honesto F. Ongtioco, D.D.
