Radio Veritas 846 in the Philippines holds Lenten Exhibit

Radio Veritas 846 in the Philippines held Lenten exhibit as part of their solidarity for the Holy Week.

According to Radio Veritas 846 Religious Department Head, Renee Jose, the exhibit is the station's effort to accompany the faithful in reflecting on the important days of the Christian community.

"This exhibit will hopefully help the faithful in their Lenten pilgrimage and strengthen their faith," Jose told in an interview with Radio Veritas 846.

The Lenten exhibit will be held from April 1 to 9 at the Fisher Mall Entertainment Center, Quezon City.

The exhibit features the images of the Lord Jesus depicting the Passion of Christ as well as the image of the Blessed Virgin Mary including the Mater Dolorosa.

The exhibit is open to the public from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Radio Veritas Asia (RVA), a media platform of the Catholic Church, aims to share Christ. RVA started in 1969 as a continental Catholic radio station to serve Asian countries in their respective local language, thus earning the tag “the Voice of Asian Christianity.”  Responding to the emerging context, RVA embraced media platforms to connect with the global Asian audience via its 21 language websites and various social media platforms.
