The Federation of Asian Bishops’ Conferences (FABC) Central Committee has appointed Fr. John Mi Shen as the Executive Secretary of the FABC Office of Social Communication (OSC), entrusting him with the mission of fostering unity, dialogue, and evangelization through modern communication.
