The Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines reiterated its stand against the Absolute Divorce Bill in the country, reminding everyone to take some time to discern such a complex matter.
“To allow the dissolution of a valid marriage is to rob us of an image of absolute love that values each person regardless of our own mistakes and shortcomings.” Bishop Ongtioco said in the statement.
