Priests from the eight dioceses that are under the ecclesiastical jurisdictions of the Bicol region will gather again under the mantle of the Blessed Mother of Peñafrancia who is the patron of Bicolandia.
Prelate said, "The society faces many challenges, but it is important to remember that the Blessed Mother was born according to God's will and that every human life has a purpose in the world."
