Claretains to hold ‘Word Conference’ on Nov 30
The Claretian Missionaries in the Philippines are to organize a one-day long "Word Conference 2022" on November 30.
The event will take place at Claret School in Quezon City, near Manila, Philippines.
The Word Conference is continuing its mission to proclaim the Word as Catholics' source of life, says a note from the organizers.
The theme for this year’s conference is Touch the Word: "If I just touch His clothing..." (Mark 5:28).
"In this hybrid Word Conference (face-to-face and online), we reflect on the inspiring lives of women in the Bible whose faith is so great that even the smallest encounter of the Word is enough to change their lives—to touch their lives," the communiqué says.
The hybrid conference is the mission of the Bible Commission of the Claretian Missionaries in the Philippines as servants of the Word.
The Claretians are a Catholic religious order founded in 1849 by Saint Anthony Mary Claret. The Congregation of Missionaries, Sons of the Immaculate Heart of the Blessed Virgin Mary, is their formal name.
Through the Claretian Communications Foundation, Inc. and the Claret School of Quezon City, this conference is for all who wish to listen to and interact with the Word.

RVA started in 1969 as a continental Catholic radio station to serve Asian countries in their respective local language, thus earning the tag “the Voice of Asian Christianity.” Responding to the emerging context, RVA embraced media platforms to connect with the global Asian audience via its 21 language websites and various social media platforms.
